Danedor Farm & Associated Town Rules:

1. Be courteous and considerate of other town members, no harassment (this includes attempting to "steal" their farmed items).
2. Do NOT grief (destroy or modify anything) unless express permission is granted by me.
3. Be sure to replant any farm item that does not regrow (Reeds, pumpkins, and/or melons or other).
4. While being a member (or anytime otherwise) of Danedor and it's adjoining towns, ECC server rules must be followed.
5. If a plot(s) has been purchased, players much build only within their designated outline and lwc protections must only be placed within said outline.
6. Failure to abide by these rules may result in immediate and unannounced eviction from Danedor.
7. These rules are subject to occasional change and it is your duty to occasionally re-read them.
8. Farm layout may change occasionally, by buying perms you agree not to become upset by these changes as we are trying to bring you, the members, the best experience possible.
9. You agree that if perms were bought at a higher price (as price may change later on) that no refund will be given-sorry.
10. If you own/purchased a plot, please do not build a basement as we plan on making a farm below levels as well.
11. Should you be banned, your farm perms may also be removed.
12. If you purchased a plot, and if you are away for more than 14 days (or banned), you may be evicted from your plot(this includes loss of permissions to town in which plot is located) to make room for more players. The contents of any lwcs having to be removed will become the property of the owner of the town in which they were located.
13. You may not build buildings which allow for the sale of "apartments" or other unless permission is granted by Glimpse.

14.Should you wish to have your perms removed, or you want to leave the town, no refund will be given as then I & Joshuwat would go broke, it simply doesn't make sense to give refunds. Sorry.

Smelt/E-rep Chest Rules & How it Works:

You place items that you want smelted (or repaired) in the chest, and I or @Joshuwat will come by and smelt (or repair) them for you using /smeltall (or /fix all). Let me know your chest is full by mailing me.

1. Do not harass me constantly about smelting (or repairing) your items, this is a courtesy to you and it takes time, please understand this.
2. I may not smelt everything all the time, though I will try to smelt as often as I can.
3. You may only have one smelt chest (unless deemed appropriate to have another by me)
4. You may pay to have another (a double smelt chest) if you would like, however costs may vary. Please either ask me to post a screen shot on here with our agreement on smelt chest costs.
5. Should you want some items smelted and they're in your assigned chest, please mail me to notify that there's stuff there and I'll try to smelt it as soon as I can :)
6. Also, these chests will be locked by me, and you will be added to this chest so that only you and myself have permissions to open it.
7.If you rented a smelt chest instead of obtaining one with farm/town perms or by purchasing for life, then payments must be received on the Monday of each week. Missed payments (you have 3 days to pay on missed payments) will result in the loss of your smelt chest.
8.Should you be banned, afk, or otherwise for more than 14 days, your chest permissions will be removed and the contents will be claimed by me without chance of re-obtaining them.

Shop Plot Rules:

1. Shop's will be rented at $1000ECD/month payable on the first of every month.
2. No selling or subleasing your shop, if you need out of the rental, please contact Glimpseseer or @Joshuwat
3. If you are offline for more than 14 days, your shop plot will be removed and your signs and lwcs within will also be removed and you will not be refunded items contained within any lwcs.
4. Missing a rental payment will result in eviction with the above terms in rule #3. I will allow up to 3 days past the missed payment date to relinquish payment.
5.Please build within the stone brick outline, signs or banners on the outside of your shop is permissible.
6. Do not alter the stone brick wall placed by me where the lift signs are, doing so will result in eviction with terms described in rule #3.
7. Rules may be subject to change or addition, please check back frequently. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact either myself @Glimpseseer or @Joshuwat.

Payment Plan Rules

1. Payment plans may be granted at the discretion of either @Glimpseseer or @Joshuwat
2. Payment plans will be paid in full by the agreed date otherwise you will lose agreed exchange items/perms/other in addition to whichever items may be left by your person.
3. A maximum of 3 days will be given to pay off the remaining plan should you not pay the full amount by the date agreed upon. Should 3 days pass after the due date and still full payment has not been received, loss of exchange items (perms/items/plots/other) will be lost and lwc removals will be filed to remove your locks.
4. Please follow these rules and we won't have any issues, enjoy :D
