Just making this thread to advertise my town and try and sell some plots!!!
If you want to apply for a plot here is how you do it.

House
10x10 - $1000
20x20 - $3700
40x40 - $25000


Shop
5x5 - $500
10x10 - $1000
15x15 - $1350

Flags
Pyro - $1250
Water - $750
Farm - $500 per 10x10 space

Note: you can get custom sized plots. price depends on size.

Rules
1. No greifing!
This rules is also a server rule. if you greif there is logs that can find out who did it and you WILL be banned.

2. Only build where your aloud
so this means don't build on the path, shop, other peoples plots, farm and everywhere else other then your plot.

3.Don't be a dick
This means no building rude stuff, annoying people, spamming in local e.c.t.

4. No building a shop in your house.
We have a shop area for this, if you want a shop plot. PM mayor.

5. This is probably the BIGGEST rule of all, do not annoy the people in the town next to us. that town is owned by Hcpillaroffire.
Hcpillaroffire is a mod and will attack you with something evil like poisonous potatoes! D:
