General Purpose of Contract:
Co-Mayor Agreement

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide Wpooney with Co-Mayor of the Deathstar for 1 Month, june 14 to july 14 2013, as a trial free of charge, subject to the rules of the town and rules for co-mayor included in this contract as well of rules of the server.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Deathstar Rules

1. Wolf_pack_of_one is the Mayor and may not be removed from the town. Wolf_pack_of_one will have the final say in any disputes that arise involving the town Deathstar.

2. Wpooney is the Co-Mayor and will enforce town rules, Wpooney will be the Only Co-Mayor.

3. Residents of the Deathstar Must:
3.1 Replant and repair any damages when Farming
3.2 Must be Active in The Town, Meaning residents Must
- Be Online once every 7 Days
- Must visit the town once every 7 days

4. If a resident wants to sell their plot to another Player they must Pay a $400.00 brokerage fee to have mayor or Co-mayor add the new Player to the Town. The Town reserves the right to refuse to add a player. ( ex. this would be used if the player you want to add to the town has a history of greif)

5. Resident must only build/ destroy in their plots unless special permission is given by Mayor or Co-mayor

6. Residents cannot build houses entirely out of Cobblestone. And if a house is Deemed to be "ugly" by the mayor or Co-Mayor you will be asked to remove it, if this is not done within 7 days you will be removed.

7. If you see greif report it to Wolf_Pack_of_one or Wpooney

8. Play nice with each other and we can all have fun.

Co-mayor Rules

The co-mayor must contact The Mayor Before removing anyone from the town that Wolf_pack_of_one Added.

The Co-mayor will work to better the town

the co-mayor will not remove Wolf_pack_of_one as the Mayor

The co-mayor will enforce the deathstar rules

The co-mayor will pay the Mayor 50% of all profits earned from any business involving the town Deathstar. (EX plot sales, farming perms, loot from non active players that have been removed, etc) Until the town has a portal, after that the co-mayor can keep all profits

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
