DECLARATION OF FULL PUBLIC POWER

FEDERAL PROVINCE OF VISCONTIA DISTRICT INDEPENDENT




I, His Superiority Lord Councillor Mayor Picasso182, First Mayor of Federal Province Viscontia District Independent, hereafter called the Province,

Of strong mind and memory, order to declare:

1.1 Full independency and sovereignety of the Province;
1.2 Full forbiddence of tyranny;
1.3 Full legalisation of democracy, freedom of word and thought;

1.4 Full illegalisation of any non-proletariateral licenses, contracts or monopolies;

1.5 Full illegalisation of Mayoral veto;


In public:

1.1 Mayor has to be elected every two months;

1.2 If any purchases of votes to any sides, or any type of corruption in electorate society happens, the side has to be removed from elections or any citizenship at once;

1.3 I give up my title of Mayor;

1.4 The town is controlled by Vice-Councillor of Senate;

1.5 The Senate contains 5 deputates;

1.6 The deputates have to be elected every time Mayor chooses to elect a new set of them;

1.7 The Vice-Councillor is chosen by Deputates, out of the winning party;

1.8 The Vice-Councillor must handle standard citizenship after the election of the new Mayor to the previous Mayor.

1.9 Only a person who lived in Viscontia for one week at least (7 days) can be elected to either a Deputate, Vice-Councillor;

1.9 A person who lived in Viscontia for one day can be elected for a Mayor.




Private rights:

1.1 All the deputates have full invincibility in any place of the Province, if not needed to change because of Senate decision;

1.2 The citizen of Viscontia has full invincibility inside his own private property, if not needed to change because of Senate decision;
