General Purpose of Contract:
Safety of 1mil ECD Loan to @GeorgiaMC for 1.5mil Payback.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @DiamondDesire agree to the following terms;

I will pay @GeorgiaMC 1,000,000 ECD within 48 hours of this contracts approval.

I will set up signs for @GeorgiaMC to pay her debt to, Located at; /warp gamble, Rising, Cords: -5162, 72, -1494.

I agree to give @GeorgiaMC to the end of the late fees before making a complaint.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@GeorgiaMC agrees to payback a total of 1.5mil, 125k a week For 12 Weeks.

Dates are as follows;
Monday 31st October 2016 - 125k
Monday 7th November 2016 -125k
Monday 14th November 2016 - 125k
Monday 21st November 2016 - 125k
Monday 28th November 2016 -125k
Monday 5th December 2016 - 125k
Monday 12th December 2016 - 125k
Monday 19th December 2016 - 125k
Monday 26th December 2016 - 125k
Monday 2nd January 2017 - 125k
Monday 9th January 2017 - 125k
Monday 16th January 2017 - 125k

All payments should be made before 11:59pm GMT on these dates.

If @GeorgiaMC has not paid back the 1.5mil by Monday 16th January 2016 an additional week late fees will be added. Then if not paid by Monday 23rd January 2017 11:59pm GMT a second week will be added.

Monday 30th January 2017 -125k (If not paid by Monday 23rd January 2017 11.59pm GMT)

Anytime after Monday 30th January 2017 a complaint can be made for the remaining amount that hasn't been paid, including late fees.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
