Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban. You were indeed banned for Moderate grief in one of our protected regions. Although you say it was "my brother" who did the grief, here on ECC we punish the account, not the user of the account, but seeing that you take full responsibility, we can move along. Our server rule on griefing gives a better idea of how and why we punish for this: Users pay a lot of money to have their towns/creations protected and they are entitled to the security of the towns that the staff team brings them, which is investigating who did the grief and taking appropriate action.
