I feel the need to share this with you. This is one of the best desserts I have ever made. I am very proud of myself. I don't have a name for it yet though. This is the cake from a cupcake mold, upside down, pink frosted, then glazed over with a thick creamy batter. This is not my invention. It was first designed in a bakery that I used to work in awhile ago. I made slight adjustments to the consistency so the glaze would harden as it poured to make a smoother, thicker skin. Then I put a face on it. I'm debating if I should try to flavor the frosting, and enter it into the state fair. I don't know what kind of flavoring would go with the sugary indulgence. But I wonder if a flavor would take away from the abnormal sensation of biting the cute face off of your after lunch special. So here are my questions: 1) What flavors do you think would be good? 2) What should I name this dessert?
1) vanilla never hurts. White chocolate is good too. You could try strawberry cake too. 2) googly eyes
"Googly Eyes" (As said first by Oxwood2) and Maybe Strawberry Lime or Rose Watermelon or even Banana Lime Coconut
Name it, "Hoppy Globby" and a good flavor would be a slightly sugary frosting, not too much sugar or else the people eating it will be overwhelmed with it. With the sugary flavor add a bit of lime or lemon, to give the taster a delightful taste matching the color of your erm... thing.
Omg! I would just put it in a glass case and keep it forever:3 It's so cute! I don't have any good names.... But is it a cupcake? I want one now xD
Name it Steve first of all and then perhaps put some cupcake icing on top so as to give him hair? Or a mustache, one can never go wrong with a mustache.
1) Vanilla and orange are always popular. Orange is especially good with plain batters (vanilla, white, sometimes carrot, chocolate, etc). 2) Nommsters / Nomsters
