General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is the agreement of 20k (in total) in funds being transferred to @Palarado for the construction of our towers in the city of DisTown. With 10 grand being paid within the first 5 minutes of this contract being signed, and the other 10 grand being paid in full when the construction is complete. All materials are provided by @DisFool for this project

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- @Palarado will complete a finished product of an apartment containing 2 floors. Within this building will be a minimum of 3 stores to not be smaller than a 4x4, and 6 apartments not to be smaller than a 4x5.
- The finished project must be complete in all aspects
- The project must not exceed 1.5 week/s of this contract being signed
- For every day after the 1.5 week/s period this contract is signed that @Palarado fails to finish the project, @Palarado is to be paid 3k less per day until a maximum of 1 week
- If @Palarado still have not met this condition, @Palarado has breached the contract

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @DisFool will transfer 10,000$ in funds to @Palarado within 5 minutes of this contract being signed.
- If @DisFool fails to provide the necessary items for the project, the project deadline is paused. For every day supplies are not present, 2 days of extra build time is added.
-If @DisFool does not supply the needed supplies within 2 weeks of the initial project date he is liable to pay the 20k without the project being finished.
- Apon completion, @DisFool is to transfer 10,000$ in funds to @Palarado.
- If @DisFool fails to transfer a total amount of 20,000$ to @Palarado within 1 day of the project being completed, @DisFool is to pay 3k per a day EXTRA till the debt is cleared for a maximum of 1 week after the completion of the construction.
- If @DisFool fail to accomplish the above, @DisFool am in breach of the contract

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
