1. Purpose of District 13​

The purpose of District13 is simple. We want to help the builders of ECC become equipped to make a name for themselves on the server. We plan to do this by giving builders plots, tools, food, and general knowledge of the server that will help them strive for greatness. This town is owned/funded by Team America. 2. Price of Plots

All of the plots in District13 are free. We made this decision because we believe that all builders should have a place to live so they don't risk being griefed in the main/mining world, in most cases, making them rage.

3. Rules of the Town​

1. No griefing allowed. AT ALL.
2. Do not break the leaves around your plot.
3. All server rules apply.
4. Plots are free, but don't abuse these rules.
5. If you do abuse these rules, you will be reported/evicted accordingly.
6. If you are inactive for 7 days, you will be evicted.
7. If you have a good reason for inactivity, you can PM me and I can make a note of this/not evict you.

4. Future Plans​

As a town, we have some good plans for this town. We are planning of building fishing towers, a small farm, marketplaces, a public park, and more! :)
