    Hello everyone! I am dkd108, the new loan shark. I offer small loans of 30k or below. If you wish to get a loan you must first use the format below and get approved, once that has happened you can message me in-game and the money will be transferred. I use the simple interest format. being 1T = 1 month.
    The rate i use is 12%.
    Interest=principal amount *time *rate​
    Example 1. 15,000 at 5% for 2 weeks. this would be calculated at 15000*0.5(one half of a month)*0.12(12%)= 900. 900 would be your interest.

    Payment Length is the amount of time you wish to have the loan before you must pay it back.

    yeah i did that so i could help new players more than anything, however if this stays flowing as it is now i should be able to give 100k+ loans by the end of fall easily.
