Hello folks! I have been doing builds for several different people lately and I have decided to go full time into building. I can build almost anything from a medieval cottage to modern house. My prices are for a 20x20 house (not square of course, unless wanted) about 4-7k not including building materials. For a 10x10 and/or 15x15 is anywhere from 4-12k. For a 30x30 house will range anywhere from 5-20k. Building materials I will supply but you must pay for them it can range anywhere from 1k to 4k per house in addition to the price of the build. Hi, I would like to if you build few 10x10 modern houses at my town (south-korea), if we can make a deal i probably want 2.5k per house. Ofcourse i probably provide you with some materials. I want 4 to 5 house built so that will be 10000 to 12 500 ish. Thanks! And if possible i also want a discount because i'm ordering multiple houses.

@BuildsByGideon I'd love it if you could build my town hall for me. Seeing your builds, they look great! I'd like to update my Town Hall to have a more "Modern" look. Less windows more town hall-ish ./warp paragon to see my current town hall. I'd like to reform it so i can do multiple things there and have separate areas for each activity. Eg. Debt Room to pay debts, Tunnel going to town etc.
I'd like it made of Blue & Orange Clay to match the town flag, a basement, but leave the floor on the top alone for now, the warp is there and i don't want anyone dying from fall damage.
Oh, i believe that the Town Hall will probably be about 60x60 maybe more or less that size. I'll let you know the exact measurements when i'm online next
I added you, are you online right now? I'm not. But you can start looking around and planning I'd kinda like a balcony kinda thing so people can see the town from town hall.

Mhm. I'll need to take down town hall I paid 20k for it to be built. Hopefully this new one will be worth it and i can stick with it for a while.
