Diamond will do this job for free if she gets to keep the materials she collects. If you want the materials collected, you will need to pay for the job.

 

You won't do this long before you figure out you're wasting your time for just materials.

 

First, it is her decision what her time is worth. I have a friend that I respect greatly, KMaxwell, that has been doing this for years She is a pretty no nonsense lady and is not known as a time waster. I normally don't do this much, however, I have helped on several tear down or clear projects for no compensation myself.

Do you offer free ereps?: sorry I don't have that feature
What blocks do you want to keep? none I have enough of the blocks I need :)
any other informations? it is half a town (ish) and on one side it has some mountains, you don't need to clear those if you wouldn't like to :) also could you clear down to sea level but don't place over the rivers :)
