You can buy erepairs, and $70 for the command is the same as 350,000 if you go by 5k/usd, and if you pay for erepairs at $200 each you get 1,750 total erepairs which is more than a person should ever need. But beside the point,

Erepairs you can buy, and anvil combos too.
You can't buy being able to fly, even for a minute. Plus it's cheaper, so it's a win-win. It also makes you farm faster and make more money.

 

Nope. I get erepairs alot but dude, you'll never need 1,750 erepairs which is the same as 5k/usd for ext+. So no, just get fly. Ext+ isn't worth it imo.

Yes, I would still advise getting both the features. Although you may not do 1750 erepairs for yourself, you will do a large portion of that. You can also sell erepairs at $200 a pop to other users and make some good money that way, it is also convenient, as you do not have to waste time getting another user to repair your tool.

 

extcommands is more than just the $$ saved from buying e-reps. you also save 1-2 minutes for every e-rep and that time adds up to a lot of lost farming/mining.

Even though I was arguing for E-reps, I still think Fly/Speed is better. I just think they are both amazing,that's all.

The fly part is incredibly useful.

Get fly; it's $10 USD cheaper and awesome for every aspect of gameplay.
If you're going to be doing any serious amount of mining and/or farming, you should then get ExtCommands+ (my current goal).
If you're going to be mining then you'll also want Multihome and Pyro+, which I'm also going for.

It really depends on how you plan on doing things. If you prefer farming to make money, you may want fly/speed. If you prefer mining to make your money you may prefer having extcommands+ because you need fly/speed+ to use it in mining world. I got extcommands+ first and I was happy with it. I only recently got fly. Of course, if you farm melons, then you'd rather have extcommands+ because speed does you no good.

 

Fly is very useful. I can go to places not easily accessible by walking in main world (water, walls) to check it out.
