Suggestion I think we should have easier applications. Right now it's kind of hard hard because you have to get it just right and are fined if you don't. So I think there should be a link on each application forum page that will bring you to a application where all you have to do is fill it out and the questions will already be there for you. This will make it less likely to get the application incorrect and to get fined for it. Reason I am always scared that when I'm ready I'll mess up the application and get fined. So I just want a easier way to fill out an application so that you'll be less likely to be fined. Every so often you'll mess up but if you mess up your application then you won't be able to fill out another one until you get enough money again. Other Information I got this idea because that's all I had to do when I applied for resident. Fill out a application but the questions were already there. Well it's understandable that its easy for a builder become a resident because of the app... After that it's their responsibility to look over the wiki. I think how the current system works is just fine. Sent from my NX008HD8G using Tapatalk

first of all *too second of all they aren't difficult AT ALL if you can figure out coords, than you can't handle the responsibility of town ownership
If you want to get mayor then you should look at the wiki and read through the applications. It has a very detailed explanation. If you have any questions beyond that point, then you can always make a help/support thread or get other people to help you.
I do get paranoid about messing up applications, but that is a good thing imo. Just read through all the info on the Wiki and proofread your application. Caring about getting it right shows well on a person.
I figured out how to apply for resident back in the day. Mayor was extremely easy as well. Also, people mindlessly look over these. I preferred the old systems of complaints, not just auto filling them in.
If you can't put in the effort to file the correct application, you do not deserve whatever rank/feature you are applying for.
-1 No one ever got fined for applications that I know of because possibly staff didn't fine them or no one was naive enough to fail trying to create an application. There may have been few, but it was just because they couldn't read. Instead of seeking easier answers and wanting everything ready for you, what about you do some work aswell? All you need to do is copy-paste the application instead of just having it ready. Is it THAT hard? You need to learn how to find the format for an application from the wiki for future apps. (i.e. Staff,President,Tycoon,Ecoleader etc).
We usually fine for stuff like wrong coordinates or town name already in use. Or a horribly wrong application, people rarely mess up the application part so bad that we fine.
