This may have already been founded before, but I'll still be building this.

ECC Goodwill is a foundation where generous users donate items and money (stored in a trade sign) to the foundation. The items/money donated will be given to any builders who apply on this thread regardless of reason, and to residents and up with a good reason for needing the items. The headquarters is located in the soon-to-be-town of Goodwill which will have a portal and such.
