This is a perfectly fair rule. They don't use voice correcter on the real Idol, so why should they allow it here? If you think your voice is bad, you can still apply and maybe have a chance to still win money. The judges will easily tell if any voice changes have been made.

Was debating on joining, but want to test my voice first and find some music I can actually sing lol.

 

If you can alter your vocal chords, I can too, then that's legal. Using technology like voice editors and stuff like that is what I mean. By all means, use that range of yours lol

Um, I suppose that might be considered "vulger" but you'd have to ask droopy. Also, you need 3 songs and at least one of them needs to be without the background instruments.

Eh, few years I guess? Not awfully often, but I had a few covers and I think its fun to sing.

A fine can be forced as it is in his rules to keep the competition fair. Ask any Staff member and you will find out that a player can set their own fines for their own things.

John791(Sorry if I don't seem familiar, I've been inactive for quite some time, I only just got back into ECC)

How long have you been singing for?:
I actually like to sing in the shower frequently, or when I'm doing chores, so it's a regular thing. I think I took an interest in it when I sang the last good song Miley released, which was Party In The USA.


How long have you been on ECC?:
If you don't count my inactive days, then I've been on ECC for about 2 years and 8 months, approximately.

What is your story?:
I am a quite quirky person, and those of you who knew me way back when, I had a very high voice. It has been "normalized", if you will, and more nasally since then. I like to write, and game(of course, lol), and anything of the like. I'm quite social, though it does depend on the person.

Why do you deserve to win?:
I don't think I deserve to win, I would just like to share my voice with anyone who will listen, in the hopes of entertaining them. Although, it would be fun to win. :)

What are you going to spend the money on if you win?:
I plan to spend the money on tons of donations (I'm charitable ;3) and overall, just being generous towards others with it.

Do you play your own music? If so, what instruments?:
I play the violin, but I don't plan to include it in my performance, since I'm still just a novice. I can sing a myriad of songs, but not ones with terribly high notes, such as Ellie Goulding's. I can put vibrato into my voice, which I've heard can put more feeling into your voice, and I tend to breathe a lot while I sing.

What is you story:
I started singing when I was really young. I actually started when I was watching this movie. There was this one song that I learnt by heart. I still know it. It's what made me start singing.

I practice almost every day. I love to sing! I can do it at any time, any place. I just really love to sing.
What are you going to spend the money on if you win:
I am giving 500k to priMELval, 250k to Abby_Temple.
I am going to use the rest of the money to buy pres, fix up my town and start a small bank.

I used to play the recorder.
I am planning on learning the guitar or the piano but I'm working in my biggest instrument atm.
My voice. I go to choir twice a week and also go to my school choir every so often when we have practice. (We rarely do)
