I will start to look around, I have access to a couple cities that may offer a view and a town with some really nice homes and realistic looking, but the view may not be as tall. I will get back to you before the day ends.
@SirChilledMrHobo was very nice, and showed me as many homes as I needed until I found the right one! I found the perfect house for only $3,000! Very good services, I recommend if you are trying to find a home.
The first sale of Regional Estates Co was a success and very informative as to what I can do better. I'm glad that @Simtectural_ was a able to find the house they wanted, we travel all across ECC lands to 5 different towns and saw around 8 different houses and 2 Apartment buildings before we settled on a lovely town house located in the great city of Lancaster. Not only did @Simtectural_ gain a new house in Lancaster, but also gained access to the perks of the city like the mall and the town farm. Plus saved some cash! Originally looking to spend $13,000, we manage to find a house for a fraction of that at $3,000. Overall, I think this was an amazing first sell and could not of gone better! Great prebuilt, and cheap at 5k for very nice looking house! I'm loving the farm too, and I overall love the town! Also @SirChilledMrHobo was very friendly and patient for me to make a decision. 11/10

Sold 10x10 plot of land in Foix City to @Boomicle for $1,000. *All profits went to Foix City Vault* I created a credit voucher section in the thread as an easy way for customers who complete payment plans to improve their credit scores. Also updated the Company Ledger. Still only $3,000 in the company with $10,500 going to the Foix city town vault to be used by the town management. I also personally purchased a new town /warp Goldcity for $100,000 today and will start to sell real-estate there.
Well the payment plan was set up with @green_tiger77 as the one to pay for the ownership of the property, so even if you paid for it, its still considered as a complete payment by @green_tiger77.
