ECHL Reboot.

Many moons ago, when @physyy was owner, we had 100 people on in off-peak, and EcoCityCraft was generally a much more active place, there was a league called the ECHL run by @steveshizzle (Link - https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/echl-summer-champions-tournament.102847/) I have decided to restart that league. The league will be an 8-team round-robin, with each team playing each other home and away. There will be a 10k entry fee. (this is needed to pay for the prize for the winners)
Applications to referee are also open (4 referees are needed.) Referees will be paid $5000 and receive a plaque dedicated to them at the Oakdale Bank stadium, which will both occur at the end of the season.

Rules (I apologise for the upcoming wall of text)

• All teams must have a pitch of between 40 metres by 20 metres to 60 metres by 30 metres.
• On the aforementioned pitch, goals, a box for the goaltender, and a face-off circle must be marked out (other markings are optional)
• Goals must be 2 metres tall and 3 metres wide (exclusive of the goal's frame)
• The goal's frame must be made of a solid block (not fences, not a transparent block and not a light-emitting block)
• The pitch must have lines round it.
• The width of the face-off circle must be 1 or 2 metres (1 metre if the pitch's length is odd, 2 if it is even.) by 3 or 4 metres (3 metres if the pitch's width is an odd number, 4 if it is even.)
• Light-up goals are allowed, but optional.
• Teams must provide a horse, donkey, mule or llama at their stadium to be used as a puck, failure to provide a puck will result in a 3-0 loss.
• All players must have empty hands during the match.
• Players cannot ride the horse during the match.
• Spectators must not enroach on the pitch during the match.
• All matches have 3 periods of 5 minutes.
• There are 3 players (2 outfield players and 1 goaltender).
• If a match can't be decided in normal time, the match goes to 1 OT period of 2 minutes. If a result isn't reached in that period, the match is recorded as a draw.
• Teams receive 2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and none for a loss.
• Players and spectators cannot attack or kill the animal used as a puck.
• Spectators must be separated from the pitch by fencing.
• The width of the sidelines must be 1 metre.
• After a goal is scored, a face-off will be held.
• Referees decide whether a goal is scored or not.
• You may edit your team's roster, up until 1st June, when the league will fully start.
• You must have a finished stadium by 1st June.
• Breaking these rules can result in a fine or disqualification for your team.
• In applications, remove all text in brackets.
• The league winner will receive the sum of the application fees as a prize.
• Players in teams cannot be referees, and vice versa.
• If you can't get at least two players for a match, you forfeit the match.
• The maximum roster size is 5 players.

1: Leave the town /warp building.
2: Turn right onto Bucharest Road.
3: You will reach a T-junction. At the T-junction, turn left onto Dunblane Avenue.
4: Follow Dunblane Avenue until you reach a T-junction. Turn right there.
5: Follow the road until you are alongside a big dark oak building.
6: Notice the door in said building marked "Away Dressing Room."
7: Go through it.
