I have recently purchased the town of Eclipse from @punchwood456 on 6 October 2014.

I need to see who are:
a) Active and intend to remain in the town.
b) Those who do not respond within 7 days will be evicted.

I intend to make some considerable changes to the town, which may become more of a farm town than resident town, and this may impact existing buildings in the town - although there are very few.

Please indicate your intensions below, those who fail to respond within 7 days will be evicted.

Players who respond with a continuing interest in the town, let's discuss how we can mutually work together.

Hi Raikou101, good meeting you in town.

As mentioned in game, Punchwood made no mention there were any other owners, only his name was listed as owner in the region, yourself as a member only. Perhaps you need to take this up with him.

@punchwood456 Please remove locks on signs, chests and doors you placed in the town, you have been temporary added as a member to complete this.

Thanks for your input. However as the owner of the town, any appointments if they are to be made at any given time in the future, will be done under my sole discretion.

As it stands there are no secondary lead positions recognized by myself. And any agreements that may have existed with the prior owner were not part of the transaction and therefore not transferable. Should you have issue with this, particularly if you had paid or contributed in some form to the previous owner, this will need to be taken up with the respective individuals directly.

When I requested information on members, I was only informed that most of the members listed, should have been removed, as they had been added at particular points when they were assisting the previous owner with certain projects.

As mentioned by yourself, you do not live in Eclipse nor do you have a plot or house that I am aware of.

Just a kind followup request, as per in-game emails for the remaining locks to be removed, this includes chests in the building near the farm, on the third floor in partial corner build, trap door on market building and trading sign near portal.
