That post was for February 2018 lol. Although there will soon be dates for 2019. For now I have two available tournaments in December.

Yes you can. They would be separate tournaments. The main sponsorship package includes a hole in one prize and the tournament itself. The second package is just the tournament name. So if you were to buy 2 sponsorship packages you would have two separate events with your advertisement on it.
