I am offering my services in designing and building structures for you. If you are the kind of person who does not feel like building or designing buildings, and you would rather hire someone else to do it, I can fix your problem. My services include the following: Ceiling, flooring, interior, and whole structure building. If I were to be hired by you, I my terms in this is that we sign a contract, of course I will make it, I do charge for supplies and labor. You can choose to for me to design it myself, or you can design it. You can choose if you want to supply me with the materials to build the structure, or I can buy the materials and charge for those, next to the labor. Charging for labor depends on the size of the building or structure. I will charge 15% more the cost of materials, so that I may make profit. Note* Time is little for me and please bear with time I take in the work.
Note* I do no smaller than a 20x20 house, bigger the job, the more labor cost.

speedy9o4, this forum is for hiring me for architecture. If want me to build you houses you must fill out the app, then I would build you houses, but you must pay for houses when they are done. The type of work I do is not simple.
