    Note: Because this is an experimental idea, and will need lots of testing to work out. I am only insuring Pumpkin axes at the moment. I do have plans to eventually begin insuring more valuable things.
    What does insurance do?
    Insurance is a way to protect an item from scammers. If you were to attempt to get your axe e-repair'ed and the user takes it and runs, you would receive the value of the pumpkin axe (about 9k) assuming that you submitted a proper claim.
    How does it work?
    If you are scammed, you will need to fill out, and PM to me the template listed in the submitting a claim section. You will also have to have had the pumpkin axe insured.
    How do I get it?
    In order to purchase insurance, simply view the Pricing and Plans section, choose a plan, and submit an application. If you have previously been scammed BEFORE the start date of your insurance we WILL NOT cover that.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION


    Clause I: Who are we?
    The insurance company is herein refered to as "we", "us" or "ECC Insurance"


    Clause II: Submitting a Claim
    In order to be consider valid, YOU MUST PM YOUR CLAIM TO ROBORULE. You must include a valid complaint, in which the user in question has been BANNED. Submitting a claim any other way is considered a Incorrect Claim, and is herein discussed in Clause IV: Incorrect Claims. Submitting a claim, and not filling out or not using the application is also considered a Incorrect claim.


    Clause III: Claimable situations
    Many kinds of situations are claimable, and many are not claimable. In the event your pumpkin axe breaks because of negligence on your part, we will not be able to compensate you. However, in the event another user "scams" you out of your pumpkin axe, you would be able to submit


    Clause IV: Incorrect Claims
    Any claim that is submitted in any way, other then the correct way (described in Clause II) is considered a incorrect claim and is governed by this clause. If you are found to have submitted a "Incorrect Claim" you will NOT be able to re-submit the claim for 3 days. If after your second submission, you do not fix the errors highlighted by us in your previous claim, you will be UNABLE to submit another claim for that item.


    Clause V: Complaints against the ECC INSURANCE COMANY
    If you have ANY grievance with us you MUST first PM roborule with proper notice of your complaint AT LEAST 3 DAYS before formally submitting your complaint in the Ban Appeals/Complaints section. Proper notice includes a copy of the EXACT THREAD you intend to submit. If you fail to do this, your complaint will be considered invalid, and you agree to have it waived by ECC Staff. Also, you will be subject to the penalties discussed in Clause VIII.


    Clause VI: Void Users
    A list of users found HERE, any deals with a user on this list are NOT insured by us. Any deal with one of those users automatically renders that transaction uninsurable, and we will pay out no money if you are scammed by one of those users.

    Clause VII: Un-banning of Users
    In the event a user who scammed you is unbanned, and you are re-paid by that user (per ECC's rules) you will be REQUIRED to pay back the money we paid you or return the item to roborule. If you do not fulfill this requirement within 14 days of being fully repaid by the user, you are subject to a $50,000 ECD fine, and immediate termination of your one month contract.


    Clause VIII: Breach of this Agreement
    In the event this agreement is breached by the user, they are subject to the $50,000 ECD fine (listed in Clause VII) and immediate termination of their insurance contract. If they do not pay the said fine within 7 days of notice, they agree to be banned.


    Clause IX: Changing of these terms
    The terms are subject to change at ANY time. It is your job to stay informed of the most current terms. When the terms are changed, new additions will go into effect in 48 hours after becoming publicly viewable.


    Clause X: What are these terms?
    These terms are basically a contract. When a player agrees to them when applying, he signs the contract. Breach of these terms is considered by us to be breach of contract and is subject to the penalties listed in Clause VIII.

    Clause XI: Your remedies'
    As your sole and exclusive remedy, you may PM roborule that you wish to terminate your one month contract. ECC Insurance will terminate your contract, and any claims that are currently pending, or any future claims will be waived by us. It may take up to 72 hours for us to terminate your contract. Clause V of this agreement still applies, even after termination.
