Even though we have just opened, I am looking to hire a few staff to help run Ecomall. You must be ranked Mayor or higher (or have a great reputation and references if your rank is lower).

What I'm looking for are 3-4 people who can help get new renters into the stall of their choice. What you will do is:
1. Become a co-owner of the ecomall region in order to add new renters to the mall.
2. Setup a "rent due date" and a "rent payment" sign for each renter in their shop/kiosk. In the case of the 30x30 shops, you will also collect the deposit.
3. Setup a "who, shop size, rent due date" sign in the staff room. I will setup a rent sharing sign so that you can /pay me each week as well. I'll also setup deposit signs for the 30x30's as needed.
4. Generally help keep an eye on the mall, and if necessary, evict anyone who abuses the region.

What do you get in return? If you are accepted, you will receive 50% of all rent from those who you setup until either you or they leave the mall. Sound fair? If I agree, then we will sign a formal contract (in order to best protect us both and our renters in the mall), and get you hired!

Again, pay is 50% of the rent each week that is paid by the shops that you rent out, and 50% of any 30x30 deposits. PM me or /msg me in game.

Block, staff could use their profits to rent a stall, but I won't give them "free" rent or space. The spaces are extremely reasonable as it is, and I do have an investment to recover.
