Who are we?

Ecotheory Incorporated is a newly developed accounting firm ran solely by I, Stingy. I created this firm to help users reach there goals by supplying and funding them with the funds to help them reach nothing but their highest dream-able achievements. We currently focus strictly on our loaning services while we focus on growing and further branding our name. In the future we plan to go as far as renting the best of the best tools to users, offering one on one verbal advice on where to invest your money, and investing your money personally to achieve both you and I the highest of profits. Here at Ecotheory Incorporated our biggest concern is YOU, we want to receive positive feed back and attract loyal satisfied customers that have nothing but positivity to spread about our services.​

What are our rates?

Currently we are asking for a 25% return rate on all loans and $4,500 ECD per day late on all loans regardless of the size. This is to uphold a fair and proper price for all users to equally abide by so there is no bias loaning and all customers are treated fairly and equally.

Current loan types available:

We have a few different but set in stone loan offers. We will not and do not accept custom loans with a specific request amount and ask that you pick one that best suites your needs for what you want. The purpose of this is to assure specific time-frames are equal for all customers and no extra time is given to any specific user.

(Certain requests for larger loans can be negotiated if my available funds are substantial enough to still be able to give out loans to other users)

Basic Loan: A basic loan of $15,000 ECD, with the return of $18,750 ECD to be paid back in 72 hours with the standard $4,500 extra a day that the payment is late up to (7) days. After the 7 days a complaint will be filed and further action will be taken from there.

Requirements: Resident+, my personal clearance after a background check.

Average Loan: An average loan of $30,000 ECD, with the return of $37,500 to be paid back in 6 days with the standard $4,500 extra a day the payment is late up to (7) days. After the 7 days a complaint will be filed and further action will be taken from there.

Requirements: Resident+,[$], my personal clearance after a background check.

Advanced Loan: An advanced loan of $55000 ECD, with the return of $68,750 ECD to be paid back in 14 days with the standard $4,500 extra a day the payment is late up to (7) days. After the 7 days a complaint will be filed and further action will be taken from there.

Requirements: Mayor+,[$], my personal clearance after a background check.

Superior Loan: A superior loan of $110,000 ECD, with the return of $137,500 to be paid back in 21 days with the standard $4,500 extra a day the payment is late up to (7) days. After the 7 days a complaint will be filed and further action will be taken from there.

Requirement: President+,[$$], my personal clearance after a background check.

(Please note I do recognize some players in certain ranks are capable of being trusted with higher amounts and I will make exceptions as I see fit and have the right to refuse a loan to any user for my own personal reasons)

All unpaid loans will result in a 6 month ban from Ecotheory Incorporated as an entire entity, any and all services regarding our company will no longer be available to you until exactly 6 months after your ban date.​
