General Purpose of Contract:
the purpose of this contract is to ensure that mista_j gives back the eff7 and set of protection 4 diamond armor i am lending him for a half hour. I will be giving mista_j the eff7 and 1 set of protection 4 armor as soon as a mod approves this contract. he will in return give me 2500. if he fails to return the protection 4 armor a fee of 15k eco $ will be charged. if he fails to return the eff 7 diamond pick axe a fee of 1 million eco$ will be charged.

by signing this contract mist_j is agreeing to give me the efficiency 7 diamond pick axe and a full set of protection 4 diamond armor a half hour after i give them to him. if he fails to do so he will be charged a fee of 15k eco $ for failure to return the full set of protection 4 diamond armor and 1million eco $ for failure to return the efficiency 7 diamond pick axe

I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
