IGN: @oreo1227 Users Involved in this Contract: @lapkingkn General Purpose of Contract: I will rent my eff 7 star pickaxe named "Swedish Stone Destroyer II" to @lapkingkn I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give @lapkingkn my star pickaxe for 18 and a 1/2 hours after I am paid $30k for the rental of it. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @lapkingkn Will pay me 30k for the rental of my eff 7 pickaxe for 18 and a 1/2 hours, if broken or lost or sold he will pay me $950,000 in 1 month, after that he will pay $1,000 extra everyday missed until 2 weeks of late fees have passed. At that point there will be a complaint filed. If needed he will also only ask for e-repairs from me or another Staff member for the pickaxe. Any exchanges of the pickaxe must be done through a protected chest. After 18 and a 1/2 hours have passed, @lapkingkn is to return the star pickaxe to a chest located right in front of the "/warp sweden2". The chest is labeled "eff7 return" and is a donation chest locked by @oreo1227. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
