General Purpose of Contract:
Safe transaction of a Eff10 Axe for 900,000 ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I (@Mission001 ) will give @DiamondDesire a Eff10 Axe (picture below) within 24 hours of this contract being approved in exchange for 900,000 ECD via 900 $1,000 payments via a sign located at /warp eccheadmuseum (Take a left, sign is listed as @DiamondDesire Eff10 Payment).

I (@Mission001 ) will add @DiamondDesire onto the /own Eff10 Axe within 24 hours of contract approval.
I (@Mission001 ) can file a complaint if the full amount (900,000 ECD) hasn't been paid by Midnight EST 19th October 2016 and has permission to get the staff to retrieve the Eff10 from @DiamondDesire .
@Mission001 will not remove any money from the sign until the full payment has been paid.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DiamondDesire will pay @Mission001 900,000 ECD via 900 payments of $1,000 ECD before the 19th October 2016


The payment signs are located at /warp eccheadmuseum (take a left and look for the sign @DiamondDesire Eff10 payment)


@DiamondDesire will receive a Eff10 Axe /owned by @Mission001 within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
@DiamondDesire will be added to this Eff10 /own within 24 hours of approval of this contract but will not remove herself until she has paid the 900,000 ECD. Once full payment has been made, @DiamondDesire can use /own and transfer the ownership of the tool to herself.
@DiamondDesire agrees that failure to pay @Mission001 the 900,000 ECD before the 19th October 2016, will be breach of contract and @Mission001 has the right to reclaim the tool.
@DiamondDesire agrees if she breaks the Eff10, she is still required to pay off the full 900,000 ECD to @Mission001 by the 19th October 2016
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
