EFF7 Pick Rental/

General Purpose of Contract:
Rentals of an Eff7 Pickaxe ID#IKFX2WVT with option to purchase at a later date.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. I, @stigarose, will let this contract be an ongoing rental contract of the above mentioned EFF7 pickaxe between @kevinwelch2001 and @stigarose. Rental Fees are: $100,000ECD for the first 1 week rental and $140,000ECD for each 1 week rental after the initial week.
2. I, @stigarose agree to add @kevinwelch2001 to my residence in the town of Escia and a chest on the main floor with /cmodify where I will store the pickaxe during rental periods.
3. I, @stigarose will immediately place the above mentioned eff7 pick in the chest mentioned above upon receiving rental payment from @kevinwelch2001. It will be stored in this chest for 1 week per rental payment. A time stamped screen shot will document when payment received and when placed in the chest and have full access for 7 days from the time placed in chest.
4. I, @stigarose will immediately TPA to @kevinwelch2001 at the storage chest location if he logs in and I am using the above mentioned eff7 pickaxe at that moment and turn it over to him during any rental period.
5. I, @stigarose agree to sell the above mentioned eff7 pickaxe to @kevinwelch2001 if he has completed 10 rental periods (initial $100k rental and nine $140k rental payments totaling $1,360,000ECD) for $40,000ECD.
6. I, @stigarose agrees NOT to rent, loan, or sell the mentioned eff7 pick to anyone else unless @kevinwelch2001 does not rent the above pick for 14 days and opts not to pay a retainer fee of $10,000 before that two weeks runs out. If @kevinwelch2001 opts not to pay the retainer, and has not rented for over 14 days @stigarose is free to loan or sell elsewhere.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. @kevinwelch2001 will return the above Eff7 to the before mentioned chest when he is not using it.
2. @kevinwelch2001 agrees to only get ereps from a mod or @stigarose by placing the Eff7 in a chest, not throwing it to the player.
3. @kevinwelch2001 agrees that his use of the Eff7 will be terminated 7 days from the timestamped screen shot taken at time mentioned above.
4. @kevinwelch2001 understands that this pick is owned by @stigarose and if at any point while being rented or in @kevinwelch2001's care it is broken, lost, or destroyed @kevinwelch2001 will owe @stigarose $900,000 or a new Eff7 pick axe within two months from the end of that rental period (regardless if it's the first or tenth rental period).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
