30 days: 300k

Contract Rules:
1. Eff7 must be returned by the due time for 30mins, 60mins, 12 hours, 1 day rents
2. Eff7 must be returned by the due date for 7 days, 30 days rents (11:59pm)
3. No payment plans. Rental money must be paid on the spot of rent
4. Late return results in paying 10k more per day for 5 days
5. Eff7 must be returned to designated chest before logging out
6. Losing the eff7 (dropped, lost, etc.) will result in buying xMysto_ another Eff7 within a month OR paying xMysto_ ECD1,300,000.
