General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure a safe rental of @bobman3355's eff7 pick axe to @wenxuan100. The own id of the eff7 is #II1WCPY2

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 agree to add a payment sign in @wenxuan100's town which is located in legacy at the cords of x=-14398 and z=8475 as well as a chest locked by me that @wenxuan100 is /cmodified to. @wenxuan100 will store the eff7 in this chest when he is not using it. I @bobman3355 will do all of this within 24 hours of the contract being approved. I will also add the eff7 into the shared chest within 24 hours of the contract being approved. I @bobman3355 will not restrict @wenxuan100's access to the eff7 during he 10 week rental for any reason unless I am re claiming it.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@wenxuan100 must agree not to let anyone else use the eff7 while he is renting it. @wenxuan100 agrees to store the eff7 in the shared chest any time he is not using it. Failure to do any of these will result in a breach of contract and the eff7 will be reclaimed and @bobman3355 will not need to provide a refund to @wenxuan100. @wenxuan100 agrees to pay me 600k 5 weeks into the 10 week rental. @wenxuan100 will do this to the payment sign I will put in his town. @wenxuan100 agrees that if he does not pay the 600k in 5 weeks a 60k fee will be added and he will be given 1 more week to pay all the money owed. If he is unable to do this I @bobman3355 can re claim the eff7 and @wenxuan100 will still owe @bobman3355 the 660k this will need to be paid off in 3 weeks after the eff7 is re claimed. If @wenxuan100 breaks loses or does not return the eff7 for any reason he has until 2 weeks until after the rental is over to re place it and pay a fee of 150k. @wenxuan100 will still owe the money from the rental as well if that has not been paid off already @wenxuan100 agrees that once approved this deal is final and can not be backed out of.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

ok sorry to bring u into this @iTzXtremeGaming but apparently if i mention u in the contract i need u to agree to it sorry again pretty much all it will do is mean that u agree that if wenxuan does not pay that the money u owe him is transferred to me i guess

@zr2002 do we really need itzxtremegaming to agree to this i would like to get the rental done if possible and he has not responded to my forum pm i mean its not like it really even pertains to him
