General Purpose of Contract:
The rental of an Efficiency 7 pickaxe owned by myself to @_Sharpy

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @Dodos1 will put the Eff7 in a chest to give to @_Sharpy for 11 hours, starting within 10 minutes of this contract being accepted
I, @Dodos1 will be online 11 hours after the tool is rented out to receive the Eff7 back, along with a payment of 55k, (5k/hour)
If the user @_Sharpy breaks or loses the Eff7, I, @Dodos1 will charge him 950k in total to pay me back for the loss of my tool, and give the user 8 weeks to pay back this debt.
If the user @_Sharpy is not online to give the tool in 11 hours after I give it to him, I will charge him 5k/hr until he returns the tool.

NOTE: TIME ZONE BEING USED IS EST
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@_Sharpy will receive the tool from the chest
@_Sharpy will agree to only get E- Repairs from a trusted user, a mod if possible, and always do them through a chest transfer
@_Sharpy will return the tool to myself in 11 hours after he receives it.
@_Sharpy will pay me 55k along with returning the tool in 11 hours after the tool is received by him.

If @_Sharpy breaks or loses the tool in any way, they agree to owe me, @Dodos1 950k in debt, to be payed off in 8 weeks starting when the tool is due back, 11 hours from when it is received by him.
If @_Sharpy is late in returning the tool, they agree to pay me, @Dodos1, 5k/hr for every hour they are late.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
