General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of @IamKarnii eff7 pick to @JustOneGecko
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I@IamKarnii agree to lend with pickaxe (eff7 silk1 unb 3, id.#IIQ19H0F) to @JustOneGecko for 3hrs from the moment this contract is aproved.
I @IamKarnii agree to give @JustOneGecko the pick within 1 minutes of the contract being signed.
I @IamKarnii agree to give @JustOneGecko 3hrs after he received the eff7 to pay the 21k ecd fee for the rental.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I @JustOneGecko agree to give @IamKarnii 21k within 3/hr from the moment i receive the eff7 at -7255 63 761 in Rising at /warp madcity
I @JustOneGecko agrees to return the eff7 3/hrs from the moment i receive it at -7255 63 761
I @JustOneGecko agrees that if the eff7 is broken/lost he'll owe @IamKarnii 1.2mil ecd or a new eff7+200k ecd. This will have to be payed in 3 weeks or a complaint will be filed.
I @JustOneGecko agrees that if he's 1 or more days late returning the eff7 he'll owe @IamKarnii 150k ontop of the rental fee until 1 week is up when a complain will be filed.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
