General Purpose of Contract:
Safety of the sale of an Efficiency 7 pickaxe to @MrStealYoGrill_ on a 10 week payment plan ID: #IHPQM3ZL

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @DiamondDesire agree to give @MrStealYoGrill_ my efficiency 7 pickaxe within 1 hour of this contracts approval
• I @DiamondDesire agree to give the ownership of this efficiency 7 pickaxe once @MrStealYoGrill_ has paid the full amount owed on the pick. This includes late fees.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @MrStealYoGrill_ agrees to take responsibility for anything that happens to the efficiency 7 within his possession. If the pick is broken or lost,@MrStealYoGrill_ will continue on his payment plan.
• @MrStealYoGrill_ agrees that if he is late on any weekly payment, 10k per day will be charged for every day late for the tool.
  
• @MrStealYoGrill_ agrees that if he is over 1 week late with a weekly payment,@DiamondDesire has the contractual right to claim the efficiency 7 pick back without refund for prior payments.
• @MrStealYoGrill_ agrees that he will pay 125k a week for the next 10 weeks until a grand total of 1.25Million plus any late fees has been paid. Everything should be paid by March 20th, 2016. If it has not been paid off by the end of this period,@DiamondDesire reserves the right to reclaim the pick without a refund.
• @MrStealYoGrill_ is not allowed to rent out or sell the pick to anyone during this payment plan.
• @MrStealYoGrill_ agrees that if any of the clauses of this contract are broken, a complaint will be filed and the staff team will take due action.
• @MrStealYoGrill_ also agrees that if he is banned while still in possession of the pick during the payment plan,@DiamondDesire reserves the right to claim back this pick without refund.

Total payment= 1.25Million + Late Fees.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
