I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give @_Smokin an EFF7 pickaxe with the item unique ID of I9AB0BQP within 48 hours of this contract being approved. This includes giving @_Smokin /own (ership) of the pickaxe. So I will type "/own _Smokin" and then give him the pickaxe. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @_Smokin will pay me $800k ECD upfront exactly before receiving the tool. The transaction will take place within 2 days of the contract being approved and screenshots will be taken. We will get a mod to middle man the transaction. He will then pay me another $100k ECD within a week of receiving the tool. @Avowin will set up a sign at /warp luxembourg on a leaf block. This is the sign @_Smokin must pay to. When the money is paid to the sign, @Avowin will pay @TheZombieMuffin the $100k. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.

Alrighty, everything's almost ready, except @TheZombieMuffin, I will need you to edit your post to include the ID number of the pickaxe. Once that is done, both @Avowin and @_Smokin will need to re-agree, since an edit will have been done to the original post.
I will put it in tomorrow night, don't lock this contract. The pickaxe is currently rented out and will be returned by 7:00 PM EST.
