General Purpose of Contract:

The temporary rental of @Gernen 's Efficiency 7 Unbreaking 3 Silk Touch 1 Diamond Pickaxe (hereinafter Efficiency 7) to @Spangler17.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will give the Efficiency 7 with the ID #JPOZMOBZ to @Spangler17 immediately after receiving the rental payment.
  
• The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Spangler17 will transfer $250,000.00 ECD to @Gernen within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• @Spangler17 will return the tool to @Gernen immediately after the rental time of 1 week has passed since the tool has been given to @Spangler17.
  
• @Spangler17 agrees to not break the tool.
• If @Gernen is offline at the time of the tool's scheduled return it will instead be placed in a chest at -7590 80 -969 in Rising at /warp Saxony.
  
• For every day that the tool is late after the rental period expires, @Spangler17 agrees to pay @Gernen an extra 75k/day. If more than 3 days pass, @Spangler17 will be in breach of contract and the tool will be considered lost.
• If the tool breaks or is lost, @Spangler17 will be in breach of contract and agrees to be required to pay $2,200,000.00 ECD to @Gernen as compensation. The rate and date(s) of payment are to be determined should this issue arise.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
