This town layout took me a while to make and I think it will be very useful in developing my town once i get mayor. I notice that alot of town haphazardly build plots anywhere they see fit, using space very inefficiently. This is why I made this design. Feel free to use if u want!

The blue are plots, with sizes listed. The red is where the protal room will be. Black is roads. The orange will be the mayor house. The maroon area is for an apartment building. The white empty space will be used for custom plot sizes.
