General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of an Effy 7(ID #JBBZ60KU) on a PMP.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will add @appleprocucling as a member to the town "absolutezero".
Starting on January 18, Thursday, I will pay 75,000 ECD to @appleprocucling every Thursday via sign or ingame, until a total of 1.35 mil is paid to @appleprocucling.
If I break/lose or otherwise it is deemed unobtainable, all payments will continue until the full amount is paid.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Within 48 hours of this contract being accepted, @appleprocucling will place a sign that has 18 blocks in it for 75,000 each. This sign will be located just behind /warp absolutezero.
@appleprocucling is not to touch this sign until all payments are completed. He will also place a chest next to this sign, he will add @IceyErem to this chest and place the Effy 7 in it, id: #JBBZ60KU. @appleprocucling is not to reclaim this Effy 7 in anyway until all payments are completed, in which case he will add @IceyErem to this own of the Effy 7, and place it back in the designated chest.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
