After a complete rebranding process and a bit of re-evaluation....

America Mutual has become the EcoCityCraft General Market Fund! Targeting similar objectives to the original bank, the EGMFX is a fund designed to allow users to invest in a variety of different markets without having to go out and buy them themselves :) The fund is currently closed to outside investors in order to gain traction, but once progress is made, an IPO may occur! Keep watching this thread for more updates on the progress of the fund.

Investment Research Partners is now a business within EGMFX! - March 8th, 2016

Run through subsidiary Investment Research Partners, EGMFX provides users with opportunities to review and discuss stock picks, as well as receive reports on speculative stocks. The company, founded by @goblizz in May 2015, laid dormant until its merger into the EGMFX portfolio in March of 2016.

1. Summary - The EcoCityCraft General Market Fund is a developing broad-market fund intended for the exposure to all of the available moneymaking methods within ECC. This fund is the first of its kind, and seeks to provide an above-average return rate in comparison to the EcoCityCraft debt market, with mitigated risk.

2. Investment Strategy - To achieve its objective, the fund’s advisors use quantitative approaches to select a broadly diversified group of stocks, materials, real estate, that adequately represents the current market trends of EcoCityCraft at the time. All decisions regarding the fund are discussed through multiple investment advisors.

3. Current Holdings - Current holdings are expressed as percentages of total market capitalization. The breakdown of current holdings and developments is as follows.

Current Market Capitalization: $200,000

- Real Estate/Construction - 100%

1. Salt Lake City (one town; original owner @xpurexcorex) - 34%
2. Nation of Wisconsin (2 towns; original owner @goblizz) - 66%

- Stocks - 0%
- Commodities - 0%
- Debt - 0%
- Cash - 0%
- "Toxic Assets" - 0%

The category description breakdown is as follows:

• Real Estate/Construction - Consists of towns, plots, and land owned by EGMFX, as well as any for-profit building projects assumed by advisors or core members of EGMFX.
• Stocks - Consists of Stocks purchased via the stock trader.
• Commodities - Diamonds, Gold, Iron, Emeralds, or any other physical Minecraft item EGMFX accrues.
• Debt - Loans, Payment Plans, or Rentals of tools performed using EGMFX funds.
• Cash - Liquid EcoDollars in EGMFX's accounts.
• "Toxic Assets" - Purchased debt from other users, sportsbook bets, debt via acquisitions.

4. Risk - Through the mutual fund, risk is attempted to be mitigated through diversity. There is no guarantees that this mitigated risk will produce any rewards for investors. Risk mitigation may also present some instances of losses. Risk upon investment is assumed by the investor upon purchase of any shares of the fund.

In the event the fund or any of its advisors cannot cover the withdrawal of shares, money will be provided within 14-21 days from the advisors themselves. This 2-3 week timeframe allows for sale and money generation to prevent further collapses.

5. Future Plans - In the future, the fund plans to become open-market fund with an IPO of approximately 1000-5000 shares. Price will be determined at the IPO. The fund also plans to expand market capitalization in order to increase diversity and value for prospective investors. The fund also plans to complete a small farm and vault within Salt Lake City, as well as expand branches to the Wisconsin nation.

Due to some recent complications with bookkeeping and efficiency as well as some rulings regarding investments in companies, the fund will become defunct. However, the following will still be active from the fund...
