IGN: HCPillarofFire Users Involved in this Contract: eliteshadow0000, ScottTheGod General Purpose of Contract: eliteshadow000 agrees to either pay user ScottTheGod for the Melon sword in which he stole in the amount of $295,000, or in the case of the eliteshadowoooo not having $295,000 then eliteshadow0000 will have to return the Melon Sword back to the user through a chest that I will set up and lock with /cmodify with perms to both parties in this case. The user eliteshadow0000 is to agree to the following terms, and agree that a failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Pay the user $295,000 or return the sword. If there is a failure to do so the user will be re-banned until further notice that he agrees to do so. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: ScottTheGod must either accept the payment or the return of the sword, eliteshadowoooo must follow through with above specifications or will be banned. HCPillarofFire will provide a protected chest at a location of his choice if the Melon Sword is to be returned. In the likely happenstance that I am not online to create said chest another Staff member may take me place to do this transaction. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I as the contract creator agree to do my part in this transaction.

The sword he gave you is a melon sword it is either give that back or pay the $295,000 that you agreed to. Now be patient and wait for when ScottTheGod gets on to review this and confirm the agreement.

At this point in the investigation you had plenty of time to speak up and say that the sword that you stole was not a melon sword. But when we asked you and you admitted to taking the sword that you agreed to pay for which was a melon sword you never said it wasn't a melon sword. You action of logging off after taking the sword did not help your case. You will have to abide by this agreement or not be unbanned. Also I have no idea what you mean by plan this? I am not getting anything out of this process except my time spent trying to deal with this fiasco. Please do not make false accusations at me.
Also in your part of the agreement you have to agree to return the sword and or the money not just one. Or the agreement is not complete.
indeed I have the sword, just not a melon sword because I don't have one, the sword he gave me again was sharp v fire 2 kb 2.
eliteshadow0000 with all the evidence that was provided in the complaint it was decided that you were given a melon sword. Seeing as no counter evidence has been provided that it was a different sword that is what you would need to repay.
elite you have about double the amount in your balance to cover the payment of the sword I do not see any reason why you would need to start making the money.
As for this thread I am going to be locking it and restarting a new contract thread that is clean of all this conversations. You will either agree to these terms laid out in there or not be unbanned. If you speak in that thread at all other than to post your agreement I will be locking your ban appeal.
