EpicAssassin158 and I are clearing land!
We are doing this mainly to increase our mcMMO levels so we don’t charge that much. :]

General Info:
We work with the best tools available at the moment.
We have a little office in the town of Etna and we are currently constructing headquarters in the town of CycloneCity.

Requirements/Must read:

• Must have the area clearly indicated. (Use bright wool or some other clearly visible block.)
• Must pay half beforehand; Other half after completion.
• We have the right to cancel any job; You will receive your money back.
• We have the right to deny any job.
• If you wish to cancel our service for whatever reason, you will not receive your money back.
• Must be able to get us permission to the town.

Prices:



Land Clearing:

• $0.20/block if we keep all the mined blocks.
• $0.25/block if you keep all the mined blocks.
• $0.20-$0.25 if you only want some of the blocks; eg: You want a 50x50x20 cleared and only want the stone and we keep all the dirt/grass/other blocks.

Flooring:

• Additional Flooring: $0.10/block

Time Stress:

• Urgent – 15% extra pay - Gets your job next in line!

Note: The prices are barely negotiable, for big jobs we might give a bit of discount.
Note: These prices can change without warning

How do we determine the total block count you ask?
Well we have 2 ways:

• If the area is mostly filled like anything below y:64 then we just use the size of the cube we clear.
• If the area contains a lot of air we will count every block and chage for the blocks.
  • We will make an estimate and you will have to pay half of that.

What does one need to become a member of the EpicTop Crew:

• Atleast an Eff5 diamond pickaxe and Eff4 diamond shovel.
• You must be willing to attend every job, if you for some reason can’t attend a job you must let TopicDogg know about this beforehand! (Not attending 2 jobs in a row will get you removed from the team with or without the ability to reapply.)
• You cannot keep any blocks, all the blocks must go into the assigned chests
• Water donation feature is a big plus, this does not mean you have to have water feature but your chances will increase a lot.
• One free home is also a big plus.
