Erebor is open to all applicants with 10x10 build plots for only $1k. Some minor changes have been made to the rules, see the first post in this thread. Of note farms on farm plots can now be built as high as you like.
Erebor rule changes (see the first post in this thread which is always kept up to date). As I now have the town Avalon next door I have decided that farms will not be allowed in Erebor, other than those under your plot or those that are enclosed and look like houses. No-one had a farm plot anyway. You are still free to build farms under your plot as far as you like. This means there are now more 20x20 plots, plus currently one 20x30 plot available. Farm plots and trade plots will be available in Avalon when ready. Please note - and this goes anywhere not just Erebor - USE LWC protections on your stuff, chests, furnaces, doors etc. We had a theif today who entered a house and took everything from the chest. I know who it was as I am an investigator - it was not one of our town members. The server rules clearly state that if a chest is not locked then it is fair game. There were no locks in place. Please remember this!
Rules updated to reflect that Erebor is for builds only (farm plots are available in Evengor and Agrasia is going to be developed entirely for farming). Also Erebor now has a public farm and rules added for this.

Erebor now has an area for small market trade stands. Do drop by either via the portal or /warp avalon, you may find something.
Yes it is, however due to lots of recent grief I am currently only accepting residents and above unless you give me absolute assurances.
Updated - shop plots added and rules changed to allow any kind of build (except shops) on build plots.
Are the two plots "x: -407, z: -10,294" & "x: -383, z: -10,294" available? My daughter and I play ECC together and would like 2 side by side plots if possible? We both have the available funds necessary to purchase.
Hi 888miner888, my brother and I have been looking for a town and KingBreakerMike mentioned yours. We really liked one of your plots and would like to buy it. We are builders so I hope you can sell us one or talk about it. Thanks for your help, JulioL
JulioL94 ok come and find me in game when we are both online - meanwhile look round the town, read the rules, find a plot.
We now have three shops open in Erebor (two, plus my own!) - do come and buy. If anyone wants a shop plot these cost $2k and there is no rent.
