Hello all, first let me thank you for taking your time to read this and I look forward to hearing feedback on this.
So, today I was gazing upon the ECC shop and I looked at the feature list. I thought to myself: "there should be an easier way to buy everything I need at once".
So, in my opinion and conjectures I devised an idea that, if put into use would save time not only with the server but with the user as well. I noticed that there are quite a few features that could be considered "essential".
In short, my suggestion is this: ECC offers a bundle of "essential" features. These features would include Feed, Teleport, Multihome, Backpack, Water, Pyro, Unlimited LWC, and Back.
Now we can discuss pricing. Normally, all of these features, if bought seperately, would create a grand total of $135 USD. I would propose that, because it is offered in bulk, there would be a 20% discount. This discount is tentative and merely proposed. With the 20% discount, the total price would be a subtraction of $27 resulting in a total price of $108.
Again, I look forward to hearing feedback from everyone.
Best wishes,
KTFilms

I don't think it would be a bad idea at all because the essentials package could offer a slight percentage off the total price if the whole package is bought. It would be good for the users because it would be straightforward and offer a slight discount. It would be good for the server because the package and discount would induce people to buy more features than they would have if they were putting each in the cart with no package or discount increasing total donations to the server.
For instance, if there had been a package/discount I would have maybe gotten feed etc.
There already a lobby supporter package. And to be honest this is all a little nitpicky frilly online retail tricks that arent strictly necessary. But considering the upcoming mini game servers and therefore new players/customers and surely features I think that it would be very wise to consider updating the shop anyhow and utilize deals like this to the advantage of players and the server. It would be a perfect time to reevaluate the cost or content of certain features as has been discussed in other suggestions.-

This could be a good idea if the pricing is able to increase profits. I don't know much about ECC's financial situation, so I'll wait on Andrew or a higher-up to respond before I make an opinion.

@oootopia I too agree with you in that it is more straightforward and that perhaps with the new hub being implemented, the ECC shop should be redesigned to market certain aspects of the server. For example, SG kits could be lumped together, Hub donation features could also be introduced and that could be a separate package as well.

Also it doesnt even show the effects of the feature until you click to buy it. What in the h-e- double hockey sticks is up with that? Thats so counter-intuitive.

@oootopia counter-intuitive maybe to the buyer but seeing as you click to buy it to look at the features commands, it's more likely to be beneficial to the server buy prompting the user to purchase said feature.

I don't know, I was buying plenty but I hated that part. It would have been so much more clear if there was simply an explanation of the feature right under the feature and you didn't have to click buy to even see what it was. But maybe I'm nitpicking.
