    McMMO is a plugin on the server. Try /mcstats.

    To learn about any of the areas just do /axes, /mining, ect.

    How about cobweb farming?
    This is something I like to do when I'm bored of melon farming, and can be quite profitable
    You take maybe some Eff 5 silk 1 unb 3 shears,
    Then ya find an abandoned mineshaft. Cobwebs sell for $5 each to the server, And when you find a spider spawner (Which is absolutely covered in cobwebs) You can make alot of money from that. Just be careful because you can easily lose those beautiful shears in lava :/

    • Set up a 'university', teach people things, offer them moderator-signed written books as diplomas. Teach basic courses for free, offer advanced courses for a fee, or offer everything for free and accept donations. Teach Minecraft stuff, like mining, architecture, redstone, economic theory, successful participation in the economy.
    • Write Written Books on some of the topics above, sell the books as manuals for when one is mining, building, or engineering a redstone mechanism, or offer them for free on an honour system.
    • Practical guidance. Teach someone how to make stuff in the field. Instead of teaching mining from a university, go out and instruct them on how to mine in an actual branchmine at Y:11. Instead of teaching redstone from a university, teach them how to build what they want to build as they're building it.
    • Advice. Investment advice, accountancy, actuarial risk-assessment of prospective borrowers, money-making.

    Someone actually tried to set up a "university" a while back and didn't have any luck...

    It doesn't really seem like something that would make money. Most people on the server are kids, and half of them wouldn't really "get it" if you explained economic factors in-depth.

    But you did remind me that you can write in books n' quills and sell those as stories usually.

    I make some money doing it, Its not as profitable as melon farming at all, But its nice to do when your that type of person who can't farm for long periods of time because ya get bored :)

    i still think there should be a single-ticket version of lottery, i'd play the heck out of that knowing people can't snipe with 500 tickets, and don't anyone even try to say "theres been 1 ticketers" the odds are as fair as the movie SuckerPunch.
