Reason for evicting the above users:
When doing seen, I get the message "Player Not Found", I tried to evicted this user buy in-game mail, but it wouldn't let me and told me the same message. I'm pretty sure this user has a forum account, so I'm just letting them know that I'm cleaning up my town of all inactive users.
