Yes Reason for evicting the above users: The player stole from another player and committed a few small griefs around town. The player was warned by me about the griefs and thefts, however they continued despite the warnings. EDIT: The theft was a single occurance, and was only issued a warning. The griefs continuted, but the thefts did not (at least from what I am aware of).
Thefts did not reoccur this is a false eviction and the staff should review this and that other player was not telling the truth and he had NO evidence this is NOT a legit case
@gabetheminister : You are correct, the thefts did not reoccur, just the griefs. I have edited that on my post. Regardless of whether you were warned about it, I can evict you from the town for whatever reason I choose. On the town rules it states that there is zero tolerance for stealing and griefing. I could have evicted you on the spot when i discovered that you stole, but I decided not to, and to give you a second chance. You continued to grief, and even though they are small ones, the fact that you intentionally disobeyed me and ignored me when I asked why you did this is what earned you the eviction. When you say "that other player was not telling the truth and he had NO evidence this is NOT a legit case", are you referring to your complaint about @ShadowNinja01 ? That has been handled by staff already. If you feel that your message was not received, you can file another complaint if and only if you have actual evidence. It is simply not true when you say that the other player was telling the truth. There are three eyewitnesses to what you said and none of them back you up. I am sorry that I had to evict you. You seem like a nice player. That being said, I think that you need to start taking responsibility for your actions. Every time I asked you about the blocks being misplaced, you tried to deny it. If you had only accepted responsibility and removed the blocks like you said you would, and stopped placing them like you said, I would not have evicted you. I am sorry it had to come to this, but I feel that I had no choice.
