A layby was placed on the plot, and the agreed time was not met. They have not contacted me in the time to try to make an agreement. If they contact me before then about an agreement, I will withdraw the eviction. They also have three warnings to their name for grief, which according to our rules is an eviction. This all happened in under 1 day! Please, I warn all future people whom this person wants to buy a plot from, be careful!
