Hey @libbyyjo , this is a good eviction notice, however the town forums section is meant to have town threads with information, not individual threads for one time purposes.

If you have a thread about the information for a town, it may be more appropriate in the future to make your post in that thread, or even to start a forum pm with the individual you are evicting.

In the future, should you need to file LWC's, you can link to a specific post of the town thread, or screenshot a private forum convo for the lwc evidence of eviction notice (if a mod wants to be added to check validity of the forum convo, you can do that too).

Overall, this is a well formed eviction notice. As I said, just read through the forum section guidelines in the sticky post, and try to make town threads instead of individual threads in the towns forum section
