1. When you go into the mining world I recommend you try to avoid the spawn areas and type /wild land. 2. You can buy exp in the user market and enchant at the exp shop at spawn. I believe fortune 3 is 6,000 exp. So you would need about $9,000 to buy that much. You can also ask in /ch tr once every 3 min and you may get a user to donate or sell one to you cheaper. Also to answer your question yes the mining world is the only place to get exp. Unless you fish, you can get exp from fishing as well anywhere.

 

Like I said in the other thread you have to file a complaint. Also no we do not unban people without them first filing a ban appeal. If you have evidence that he owes you money it will be added to his requirements of what he needs to do if he gets unbanned.
