What this means: If you find a serious way to duplicate items, earn ECD quickly or achieve something faster than you should be able to, you can report it to us and receive a very large reward compensation. This includes, but is not limited to a $20+ gift card for ECC purchase credits (depending on the severity of the dupe bug) or, in the case of a massive duplication bug, we may even offer real life monetary rewards in the form of a Steam Game Giftcard or other for your findings!​

How to report an exploit: All exploit reports MUST be pm'ed to Administration and all those above the rank in the same conversation. Please add all to the conversation, in the form of a forum private message. You will not be rewarded for reports sent in game via private message, or in game via mail, as well all reports must be made using the following format. Making your report public will immediately void your chances at a reward.

Please note, rewards are only given out once the exploit is fully patched and fixed on our live server.​

If you are reporting a dupe, prior to your report be sure to ensure the items are not client side duped; but actually duped. (Ghost items) - Be sure to log-off the server and log back in to see if the items are still real and in your inventory.​

Additional Information: Please remember that if you are to find an exploit, you should not, under any circumstances, use it to abuse the economy in any way. Once the exploit is reported, the Staff and ECC's team of developers will be doing extensive research into the problem, and anyone who may be trying to exploit it. Anyone abusing the situation in any way including the user reporting can and will face an immediate perma-ban from EcoCityCraft with no chance of appeal.
