ExtIrini​

Welcome to the official thread for ExtIrini, a town dedicated to keeping the scenery natural, not flat and beautiful homes as far as the eye can see. If you want to visit the town, go to the 5th floor of the portal building and go to the diamond section(2nd section), look for the Extirini gate. The perks of living in this beautiful jungle town are as follows:

- Unlimited Access to a 200x200x1 Pumpkin farm (soon to be extended).
- Free E-repairs and regular repairs.
- Free Anvil services.
- Free Teleports.
- Living in luxurious homes in a builder-free environment. (Therefore meaning reduced chance of grief, if any).

Town Rules:

1. No Griefing

2. No altering homes(excluding interiors if you bought a home without one) unless MattBrpQc says it is ok.

3. No builders, must be ranked resident+.

4. No breaking the natural habitat(meaning don't break the trees or grass or other things like that, and no digging underground).

5. No stealing items from others.

6. If banned or inactive, you have 1 month before I LWC all your belongings. During that time, try and make me aware of what is going to happen with you. Forum pm me, something. Just get a hold of me and you will still have your items and home.

Homes for sale:

There are currently 7 homes for sale in the town. Every single home, excluding the Tiffany Residence has no interior, just flooring, rooms, etc. If you don't want to make your own interior, you may have it done for you with an additional fee of 10k onto the price of the home you are purchasing. Here are the list prices for each:

Tiffany Residence: 60k





Hillside abode: No interior: 75k, Interior: 85k



Aqua Dome: No interior: 60k, Interior: 70k






Forest Homestead: No interior: 25k, Interior: 35k



Desert Sanctuary: No interior: 90k, Interior: 100k



Lakeview Flat: No interior: 25k, Interior: 35k



Cliffside Retreat: No interior: 100k, Interior: 110k
